Spunky, sassy, tough, resilient, full of life, and deeply in love are some of the words I would use to describe Addie. You would not guess that she suffers from the incurable disease of cystic fibrosis, and received a lifesaving lung transplant just last year. Addie is busy with going to school, volunteering at Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and planning her life with her fiance Jason. Addie and Jason are so much in love, it shows in the photos. My best wishes and many blessings to this newly engaged couple!
