I had another opportunity to visit Texas, and on my “to eat” list was Texas bbq. One of the locals recommended Coopers BBQ in Llano, Texas, and I was determined to pay a visit even though I was super exhausted. Boy, was I glad I did! This place was as Texas as it gets. I’ll let the photos do the talking. The meat, of course, was delicious.
