i’ve never ever cooked a whole fish before, and to be honest, i’m kinda scared of it.  but when i am visually attracted to something, e.g., this beautiful pink fish, i have to come home with it…and take a picture of it of course.  the lady at newman’s fish company did a brief tutorial on how to cook a whole fish.  stuff it with lemons and herbs, oil it, and sprinkle salt & pepper.  cover tightly with foil, and throw it in the middle of oven for about 25-30 min at 450f.  i’m hoping for sweet fish flakes, and no whiffs of fish residues in the house.
