i am a sucker for well designed packaging and cleverly named products.  that’s why i instantly fell in love with these easter egg radishes at the market and came home with them.  i followed this recipe from epicurious.  these cuties should be ready for tasting tomorrow.  wish me luck as i’ve never pickled anything before.
